Fee Structure – Free
As your agent, the commission is derived from the sale price of the home. In the event that we are unable to find the perfect home for you, there is No commission paid.

Buying a home can be a very challenging, frustrating and time consuming task. We have developed a buyer process to guide their clients through the home buying process. Our job is to help people buy a home, not to sell them one. That’s why we have developed a unique process designed just for buyers. Our goal is to provide our clients with all the information they need and want, so they are comfortable with their buying decision.

The home buyer process starts with an interview. This allows us to get to know you and what your wants and needs are. Many Realtors do not conduct a buyer interview, but we feel it is very important to first determine what the needs of the client are and then show them options that will fit their needs. In addition to your needs, we will also calculate what your financial limitations are. We have designed a special Buyer Orientation Guide, to provide as much information to the client as possible. By conducting this interview and providing an extensive buyer orientation package, we will save you a lot of time and frustration that comes from looking at unsuitable homes.

In addition to time, we save our clients money and possible legal frustration through the effective negotiation of contracts and acting in their best interests throughout the home buying process. It is important that clients know that there is someone working for them when purchasing a home. We provide our clients with a computer generated Market Analysis on a property before they enter into an offer to purchase, It’s also important that our clients know that they are paying fair market value for a property.
