that are available to you and to potential buyers - Seller Agency,

or pre-approve the buyer through a reputable lender.

We will review all purchase offers as they are presented,
and we will negotiate on your behalf to reach a purchase agreement
with terms that are favourable and protective for you.

the Sale
We will monitor and inform you of the progress of the transaction,

of where you are moving.
Should
Coldwell Banker not perform these seller services, you are entitled
to terminate the listing agreement. Please keep in mind that local
regulations or practices may restrict some services. Written termination
notice must state reason(s) for termination and must be presented
by you, in person, to the Broker/Manager. You also agree to provide
Coldwell Banker with an opportunity to correct the situation within
a 24 hour period following the delivery of the termination notice.
If the representation agreement with you is terminated, the termination
provisions of the representation agreement still apply.
